Many people seek out therapy when they feel stuck – when the same worries, behaviors, or arguments keep coming up. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families helping them cope with challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, and big life transitions. My approach is to slow down and explore these patterns together, to reflect on their origins, and to support you as you test out new ways of being and relating to others. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
