I genuinely enjoy my work with people of all ages. I strive to be an authentic, warm, safe, and motivating therapist. I like to connect my clients to a sense of resilience that transcends any specific challenge and instead encourages a belief in their ability to face all situations that may come. I often work with clients who would describe themselves as feeling trapped or overwhelmed in unpleasant life circumstances, thought patterns, or emotional challenges. I work best with clients who are willing to be open and engage in new ways of being in an attempt to find more authentic, valuable paths through life. No two people are the exact same, so I tailor my counseling to meet each client in their unique world and developmental stage to help move them towards a life that is fulfilling by their personal measure.
