My name is Soroya Pognon and I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience. I primarily work with those who have anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, burnout and stress management. Over the the last 18 years, I have worked with healthcare providers, entrepreneurs and those seeking guidance on getting to the next stage in their lives. I help people overcome obstacles by teaching them how to reframe their perspective and lead a more fulfilling life. In a way, I help people see the opportunities in any problem. When people have seen these opportunities and have put them into action, they are often surprised I feel that my strongest qualities as a counselor include my sense of humor (while remaining professional), patience and openness to new ideas or ways of thinking about something that may be familiar to others but is new to you.
