Sometimes, life throws you a curve ball that you didn’t see coming and it has left you feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you have been in survival mode and have just been putting one foot in front of the other just to make it through the day and you lift your head one day to realize you don’t know where you are or which way to go. Maybe life seems like it has become a never-ending cycle of anxiety and depression. Or, do you just feel like you need some extra support to get you to where you want to be? I can help! I practice from a holistic approach and use CBT, acceptance, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help my client reach their personal goals, improve their mood, their daily functioning and their ability to manage difficult emotions, and also develop a stronger belief in themselves.
