Here at Soul Guided Equine Therapy, you will find either traditional psychotherapy provided through telehealth or in person. You will also find access to a specially designed program using equine assisted psychotherapy to begin your healing journey and follow the guided path back home to you - your authentic self. It is Soul Guided's mission to aid in healing previous traumas through a new lens and scope of practice. Equine assisted psychotherapy is a nature based practice that allows for real connection and exploration of new relationships to yourself and others.
