My role is to walk with you as you take steps towards life changes, healing, and growth. I have over ten years of experience in treating men and women with a broad range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We will identify coping skills and increase mindfulness to help you move forward, releasing challenges that weigh you down.
