I believe that the most important indicator of success in therapy for any client is how comfortable the client feels with their therapist. Once their comfort level is established with me- the work can begin in a positive and practical manner for Adults and Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Multicultural Issues, Couples, Women's Issues, and Work Related Issues to name a few . I incorporate diverse therapeutic interventions to get my client to their goals. My goal is that my clients complete counseling feeling that they came out of therapy with the skills needed to continue to live life successfully.
