With 11 years of clinical experience, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. As an EMDR-certified therapist, trained in A.R.T. and Brainspotting, and owner of Sound Mind Counseling, I help individuals process trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. These brain-based therapies address underlying neural patterns to enhance cognitive flexibility, resilience, and healing. I am a Spanish-speaking therapist, and therapists within my practice are bilingual. This ensures that clients who prefer therapy in Spanish receive care that feels natural, accessible, and culturally attuned.
