At its core, that power is Love—the most transformative and universal force we have, and you owe it to yourself to understand what is separating you from that force. My approach is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and practical strategies to help you break unhelpful cycles, communicate effectively, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and your loved ones. I have extensive experience (over 20 years) supporting individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. As a teenager, I attended therapy workshops in Santa Barbara for fun—yes, FUN! I’ve always been fearless in facing the human condition, and that passion continues to drive me nearly forty years later.
