I work with teens (14+), caregivers, and service providers—healthcare professionals, correctional officers, first responders, and teachers—to address challenges that prevent them from reaching goals. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD stemming from financial stress, relationship challenges, and issues related to gender identity, often intensified by today’s social climate. In response to overwhelming emotions, some use negative coping strategies such as excessive alcohol use, drugs, gambling, or risky sexual behavior. We work on developing healthy calming skills and improving positive coping mechanisms. Studied
