I have a passion and enthusiasm for guiding clients through the journey of finding balance and happiness in their life through solutions-based therapy. I have had the privilege of working with Active Duty military, Veterans and First Responders for over 10 years through my work and volunteerism as a Mental Health Evaluator. I know how stress, anxiety, and the unknown can affect a person and their family. In 2015, I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach. My areas of focus are Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Grief, Depression, Personality Disorders, Substance Use/Chemical Dependency, Relationships and Communication, Behavior Modification and Co-Dependency.
