We are a team of licensed clinical Psychotherapists and Mental Health Counselors. We provide individual psychotherapy, couples, family, and group counseling. Our goal is to provide the most effective success for all clients. We use a client-centered, cognitive behavior approach, in concert with a wide range of treatment modalities. This provides each client with a supportive environment for the exploration of feelings and self-awareness. In doing so, they are able to identify their strengths and bolster their defenses when facing a variety of challenges.
