I am a bilingual (Korean) psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through major life transitions, including the transition into adulthood, career changes, divorce, and retirement, as well as questions related to identity, autonomy, and evolving life roles. I work with adults of all identities and bring a culturally responsive lens to my practice, with particular attunement to the experiences of immigrant clients and those navigating cultural, familial, and intergenerational expectations.
