Do you have therapist -seeking decision fatigue? You have probably been reading a lot of therapist’s bios trying to decide who to work with. I have years of clinical experience that allows me to offer a greater understanding as well as an ability to create safety for you to explore your struggles, anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction. You may feel there is something wrong with you. Those feelings and struggles can become complicated. I can help things feel less complicated, help you find more agency in your life and offer compassion to your parts that need healing. In person or telehealth. I specialization: trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction therapy, process addiction: gambling, hypersexual behaviors. Burnout/vicarious trauma, intimate partner betrayal/trauma. Anger Management therapy. I work with license professionals in MN in HPSP. I conduct SUD evals, collaborating with your probation officer and/or your attorney.
