Welcome! Is it time to finally step out of survival mode? I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma and struggle with attachment wounds and codependency as a result. These wounds show up in relationships, daily life, work, and school, preventing us from living our best lives. I also work with couples who are struggling with relational issues and provide discernment counseling. I also offer 1-2 day marriage intensives. My approach is holistic, as I address the mind, body, and spirit, leaving no stone unturned. I specialize in PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy working with children struggling with autism spectrum disorder, neurodivergence, ADHD, complex trauma, and ODD. I also enjoy working with adults who have never addressed their trauma wounds.
