Hello and Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and the owner of Spartan Consulting & Counseling LLC. I value trauma-informed care, prioritizing trust & transparency within the therapeutic relationship. My approach is geared toward meeting you where you are to help you meet your goals with understanding and non-judgment. I have expertise in some areas, but you are the only expert on you – empowering your instincts and intuition is vital to the therapeutic process. Licensed to practice in Indiana and Kentucky. I have specialized training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Whole Health Mental Health, and Motivational Interviewing.
