I am a therapist with a deep understanding of the challenges that come with navigating complex life circumstances. Starting my career, I focused on foster care and attachment-related work, which shaped my passion for empowering children and parents with life’s challenges, break generational patterns, and building healthier relationships. I now help clients in session develop practical strategies, build resilience, and tackle trauma. My approach combines lived experience, professional expertise, and a holistically integrated approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can heal, thrive, and reach their full potential. Through educational, professional, and personal experience, I support clients dealing with attachment, trauma, and identity. Growing up with a diverse perspective on life, I navigated complex cultural, racial, and socioeconomic dynamics firsthand. I use these experiences to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore unique lived experiences.
