Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Hampshire with my Masters of Social Work from University of New Hampshire. I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults trying to figure out life, navigate identity, or manage stress and transitions. I enjoy helping clients see their own strengths, make sense of their experiences, and work together to create meaningful change while keeping therapy approachable, supportive, and yes, occasionally fun! Our first session is really just about us getting to know each other. I’ll tell you a bit about me, and then I’d love to hear your story. I'm curious about what you’re hoping for, and what brought you to therapy. From there, we’ll figure things out together at a pace that feels right.
