I specialize in working with individuals with disabilities and chronic illness, helping with coping skills and the process of adjusting to life with chronic illness, as well as improving quality of life. In addition to mental health counseling, I offer career counseling services at a private pay rate of $150/session and sliding scale. As a person who lives with multiple chronic illnesses herself, I understand the toll, both physical and mental, that living with chronic illness and disability can take on a person.
