Nate and Alison Brack specialize in traumatic stress. They use approaches backed by research and brain science to address the present impacts of trauma. Nate is a certified EMDR therapist who works with adults. He also uses EEG Neurofeedback, Deep Brain Reorienting, and Internal Family Systems to negotiate subtle and structural dissociation. He specializes in problematic trauma coping including addictive behaviors and substance use. Additionally, he offers PLPC clinical supervision and consultation Alison specializes in relational therapy with caregivers and their young child - particularly kids who experienced adoption or adversity.
