People often come to therapy when their quality of life has been affected. Whether you are dealing with relationship conflict, career stress, low motivation, or intense emotional ups and downs, therapy can help you regain momentum and move forward. I work with individuals who are ready to break through the barriers holding them back. Our work will focus on identifying what is getting in the way and creating and reinforcing the skills that foster movement in a positive direction. We will work together to shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and strengthen your ability to respond to life with clarity and confidence. With a foundation in family systems and expertise in behavior and thought processes, I help clients better understand how past and present dynamics impact their current struggles. I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults living with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma to help them navigate situations and create a bright future.
