I am a therapist who loves helping people grow and work through difficult emotions and experiences. My passion is working with adults, adolescents, and parents on improving relationships, working through life-transitions, family problems (past and present), and other emotional struggles encountered. Anxiety and depression can feel debilitating, but it doesn't have to be. I have seen the deep emotional struggle many young people face, that can also impact adulthood. I've also had the opportunity to work with parents on improving their relationship with their teens and children, while setting consistent boundaries to support them.
