I am passionate about working with teens, adults, and families of all cultural backgrounds. I have extensive experience supporting these populations through life transitions, anxiety, depression, body image issues, self-esteem struggles, and family communication issues. My clinical approach pulls from multiple theories with a leaning toward cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic approaches. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives and experiences, and I see myself as a partner in their healing process and journey.
