My name is Stacey Athias and I am an LMFT based in Northern California and working with clients across the state via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual, and parenting challenges, using Solution Focused and CBT to assist my clients with making progress toward goals and finding relief from symptoms quickly. My approach to therapy is uniquely tailored to your specific needs and goals.
