I believe that each of us has an innate ability to heal. But chronic stress, trauma, and overwhelming experiences can interrupt this process, leaving us stuck in survival patterns. I use an integrative, personalized approach to help adults move from surviving to thriving, drawing upon evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic-oriented methods. Working at the level where patterns are maintained helps support transformational and sustainable change.
