With over 30 years of counseling experience, I help individuals bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges with sensitivity and compassion. As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. Using an integration of complimentary methods from ancient wisdom, modern psychology, somatic techniques, neuroscience and holistic education, we work together to focus on strengths, steadiness and building joy with the goal of feeling better, coping with ease and achieving life goals. With over 30 years of experience and extensive training in many modalities, I utilize an integrative approach that is different than most.
