I work with neurodivergent empath adults, especially those who are late-identified or late-diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD. Many have spent years masking, overextending, and feeling overwhelmed or burned out. Therapy with me is a space to understand your nervous system, soften the pressure to perform, and build a life that fits your energy and truth. I support clients with executive functioning, boundaries, burnout, and demand avoidance in a warm, respectful space where authenticity is welcomed, particularly for creatives and nonconforming individuals.
