I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. I have a passion for working with and helping individuals to achieve optimal emotional and mental wellness. I offer individual, couples, marital and family counseling. I take a holistic approach to therapy, using not one but a combination of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the individual. I work with a wide variety of disorders including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, domestic abuse, and physical/sexual abuse.
