Oh, hi! I'm Stacey and I support people who are navigating intense emotions, depression, anxiety, and patterns that feel harmful or overwhelming, including self-injury and thoughts of suicide. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking new ways to cope, connect, and feel more in control of their lives. I welcome teens, adults, and families, especially those facing challenges related to borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, or ongoing emotional pain. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is at the heart of my work because it offers practical, evidence-based skills that people can use to move toward the life they want.
