By being here, you are taking the first step to healing. Life can be stressful and overwhelming with many ups and downs. Sometimes we have a hard time dealing with the downs that can lead to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma responses and other concerns. We can develop unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and coping skills trying to manage those situations that do not lead to outcomes we desire. Therapy can help process emotions, change thinking patterns and develop helpful skills to help us meet our goals for healing. I am a licensed professional counselor with 15 years of experience. I specialize in adults who have experienced traumas, anxiety, mood disorders and substance use disorders. I am passionate about helping others and believe everyone has it in them to reach their goals if given the right tools and skills and have the right motivation to make change.
