My name is Stacey, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal. A native New Yorker, with over 15 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and conflictual relationships. I am also trained in EMDR, which also allows me to work with individuals who want to heal from their trauma. I invite you to explore a transformative journey toward mental well-being. I use a person centered approach, which allows you to be in charge of your therapy process. We will work at your speed to accomplish the goals you set for yourself. My focus is and always has been to help my clients heal from the negative messages they constantly replay in their heads. Using an array of interactive and evidence-based techniques I treat teens, adults, and couples.
