*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* I work with adolescents and adults who suffer from trauma or identity issues looking to eliminate suicidal thoughts and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts and/or hallucinations. I help clients understand their symptoms and learn methods of coping. I also encourage clients to create meaning for their experiences and grow as a result. I assist clients in assigning meaning to hallucinations and/or intrusive thoughts so that they can use appropriate methods to take back control, including use of client's spiritual beliefs and practices as well as CBT and DBT methods.
