If you're highly functional but can't shut your mind off, feel stuck in a relationship or are struggling with mid-life and other life transitions, a somatic and relational approach can help. With over 30 years of experience, I help adults and children slow down to listen more closely to their bodies and feelings, regulate stress/ anxiety and explore difficult relationship patterns. I provide a safe space where I can help you /or your child explore the root cause of longstanding patterns including perfectionism and mood issues. I also work with women's health issues. My style is warm, interactive, exploratory.
