Hi, I'm Stacey K. I’m a board-certified licensed therapist specializing in women’s mental health as well as a certified specialist in ADHD. I help clients navigate stress and anxiety, find meaning, grieve, vent, invest in their well-being, stop putting themselves last, repair relationships, increase self-worth, navigate boundaries, and move away from harsh inner critics, perfectionism, and ‘people-pleasing.'
