As a psychotherapist I work from a compassionate and empathetic perspective. My work takes in to account the whole person by exploring my client’s life experiences in order to build increased awareness to promote growth and a deeper sense of healing. I help clients to identify undiscovered potential, create positive change, and work through a multitude of issues. Clients come to me to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, educational issues, low self-esteem, times of transition and relationship issues. I work with all types of clients. I frequently work with those struggling with anxiety and various ways in which it manifests.
