I meet clients where they are, helping them understand their experiences and differentiate between controllable and uncontrollable aspects of their lives. I encourage a growth mindset and curiosity. My therapeutic focus is on supporting neurotypical, neurodiverse, and gender-diverse young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, personality disorders, and/or executive function skill deficits.
