My goal is to provide a space in which you feel heard and supported. I want to help people increase their understanding of mental health and to develop new skills to manage life's stresses. I have an integrative approach to counseling, meaning I use techniques and interventions from CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, and MI. I tailor treatment to each of my client’s needs and use what works. I support people in exploring their emotions, behaviors, and thinking patterns in order to build insight and create change.
