My therapy practice is rooted in curiosity and compassion. Depression, anxiety, and grief are some of the issues that bring clients into my office. Many are asking questions like, "Will I ever feel better?" and, "Is therapy really going to help?" Through sensitively observing and exploring the emotional and relational dynamics in your life we can open up possibilities for healing and growth.
