Welcome! Navigating therapy services is not often an easy task. When you get to a point where you decide its time to talk to someone, you've made the big step. I ask that you come curious about everything you know, think you know, and have yet to discover about yourself and the world around you. I meet you where you are and we take it from there. Showing up is the beginning. Understand that you are worth the things that you doubt most in yourself. The ability to understand that love can exist in safety and trust requires it. This step is a marathon and to be patient with yourself because you deserve it.
