I help make the counseling process less difficult by creating a warm and caring atmosphere. You will experience a non-threatening and collaborative relationship which is conducive to personal growth and healing. We will work at the pace that you are most comfortable with. I am mindful of maintaining a comfortable balance between being practical and results oriented while integrating empathy and encouragement. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma. Unresolved trauma can have significant impact on day-to-day functioning both emotionally, cognitively and physiologically. It is common for trauma to be stored in the body through physical memories. I utilize a wholistic approach in order for the trauma to be released.
