I am the owner of Strong Foundations Psychotherapy and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping individuals identify and overcome the barriers that stand in the way of their personal growth, emotional stability, and overall well-being. My current focus is on working with individual and couples clients between the ages of 18 and 80 who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, codependency, and communication difficulties.
