Many of my clients are navigating ADHD, identity exploration, grief, or big life transitions while also absorbing systemic stress, injustice, and pressure to keep functioning. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s yours (and what isn’t), and reconnect with your capacity to feel grounded and whole.
