My practice is rooted in a variety of different modalities and approaches tailored to meet you where you are at and build on your strengths. I strive to be an effective clinician while maintaining my authenticity and creativity to support you on your journey of navigating and embracing life! That being said, I often lean into dark humor and nerdy pop culture references in sessions! I adopt a Biopsychosocial-Spiritual Approach and specialize in Solution-Focused and Mindfulness-based interventions. I also offer personalized preparation and integration sessions for individuals prescribed Ketamine through their psychiatrist to help clients get the most out of their Ketamine experiences.
