Staci works with individuals ranging from early childhood to adults, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, attachment, and behavioral problems. Staci views therapy as a tool that helps you identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult emotions, let go of harmful self-beliefs, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself so that you can release what is holding you back. My role is to be beside you, guiding you with modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and Play Therapy. No matter where you are in your journey, I will be here to guide, encourage, and empower you.
