Dealing with unexpected challenges and difficult behaviors can leave parents feeling frustrated, upset, and isolated. Whether you are dealing with a family transition, processing a loss or trauma, navigating mood or behavioral challenges, or facing other challenges, support is available. Through integrative play-based interventions, I help children and families find new ways to communicate and manage life stressors to get the family life they desire. I work to create an open, supportive environment where children and families are able to express themselves freely and learn new ways to cope and interact.
