About
I’m a New York–based psychiatrist and psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationships, identity, and life transitions. Many of my patients are young adults, partners wanting to reconnect, or those adjusting to evolving family or life responsibilities. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive space to explore emotions, notice recurring themes, and build deeper connection. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, chronic illness, and chronic pain. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help adults, adolescents, and couples explore how past experiences shape present struggles. Together we make sense of emotions, recognize patterns, and find clarity in how you relate to yourself and others. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and warm.
