Welcome to Healing from Within Counseling, LLC. I’m Stacia Montague, LCSW, and I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy with me is about feeling seen, heard, and supported without pressure or rushing the process. Together, we move at your pace as we explore challenges, build emotional strength, and reconnect with your inner resilience. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I specialize in supporting clients coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship stress, and life transitions. Drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and supportive therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
