Do you ever feel like you’re constantly juggling work, family, and relationships, but still end up feeling stretched too thin? Maybe you’re trying to care for everyone else while your own needs fall to the bottom of the list. It’s exhausting, and it can leave you feeling anxious, down, or disconnected from the life you want to be living. I get it. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it takes sitting with someone who truly listens to begin untangling it all. In therapy, you’ll find a supportive space where you don’t have to “hold it all together.” We’ll start with a simple conversation: getting to know you, your story, and what feels most urgent right now. From there, I’ll work with you to create a personalized plan that feels manageable and supportive.
