I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 26 years experience as a therapist and clinical and macro supervisor. I work with adult clients, primarily women, regarding self-esteem, domestic/sexual violence, boundaries, conflict resolution, stress/anxiety, trauma, depression, gender identity, grief/loss, and coping with life changes. I utilize a strengths-based and empowerment-focused counseling style, which means I focus on your abilities, your accomplishments, and your talents. I typically use cognitive, behavioral, reflective, humanistic and solution focused approaches.
