If you or your child are struggling with sadness, worry or changes in behavior and you are not sure where to start, let us begin the journey of healing together. With over 24 years experience providing mental health services to children, teens and adults. I am here. Are you hoping to find ways for you or your child to learn to both express emotions and gain insight into them? I will join with you or your child as we identify goals toward mental health improvement together. I believe in a collaborative approach in therapy and work closely with psychiatrists, schools or other community agencies to ensure wrap around health services. My areas of expertise are many. I have been responsible for both the provision of individual and/or family treatment with adults, children and teens diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD. Much of my career has been spent as a Clinical Supervisor at Sheppard Pratt Health and Kennedy Krieger Institute.
